1.Product's details: 1)This automatic Fastening Screwdriver Machine adopts single head and double platform design. To change the product, you only need to adjust the XYZ coordinates. The operation is simple and easy to understand. The manual operation is just to pick up and put the product. The machine automatically locks the screws through induction control and can judge whether the screws are locked. If there is a poorly locked product, the machine will alarm to easily distinguish defective products. 2)To adjust the product position, just use the operating handle to align the XYZ coordinates with the screw hole, confirm and save, reset, and XYZ returns to the origin. 3) Place the product in the fixture, automatically sense (manual and automatic operation modes are available) to lock the product, take out the product after locking, and then put in the second product. 4)The two stations complement each other, operate independently, and operate in a cycle.2.Product's application and founction
